Some owners have been complaining about poor battery life on the 800 ever since it launched, and Nokia has now responded with a statement giving details on the cause of the problems.
The good news is the battery isn’t at fault, meaning a software update is all that’s needed to cure the poor performance, which according to Nokia has been caused by some problematic programs not letting the battery run at full capacity.
